what happens when you die

“As I floated up, I had a sense of peace wash throughout my entire body. I knew that I was dying, but I was okay with it.”3:12

“As I floated up, I had a sense of peace washed through my entire body. I knew that I was dying, but I was okay with it.”4:20

“they're with you. And so they will understand someday in death and they didn't need to understand on life. And then I'm floating. I'm ejected from my body. I am just gone. I'm out of the accident and I'm floating in the sky, what I presume to be sky. And I've tried to describe the experience, the feeling that I had my entire life, but it was bliss. It was utter bliss. There was no fear. There was just a sense of total calm wrapped in a blanket, wrapped in warmth. And suddenly I'm with this light”3:11

“you know, because I actually feel like I died for a period of time. There's just that just the experience makes me think that I did. And what was your exact question just so you answer it correctly again? Well, just how did you feel out of body? Did it feel normal? Did you feel pain? I didn't feel pain. I felt like light. Luminous like a luminous presence. No pain like I was in a in the light like or I was the light. It felt like I was obviously I was flying in a sense. And so my soul was light. I don't”14:06

“And I found myself with this floaty, weird, dreamy sensation and for quite some time, I was floating along and it took a while for me to realize. And I said to myself, 'I think I've died. I think I'm gone. I'm not in my body and I'm just existing as a spirit.'”7:57

“moved up is probably not sufficient. It was almost like my body was disappearing as this wave came up through me. And when it reached my head, I just remember being detached from my body. I was kind of floating above looking down. I could see myself, and it was quite confusing. It was very peaceful at the time. It wasn't um I knew what was happening. I was aware that I was dying and my body was no longer functioning, but I wasn't scared. Very, very peaceful. And then yeah, I saw myself there laying on the”1:53

“flat, nor did it hurt my eyes to look at it. At that moment, it felt as if time had stopped or just didn't exist. I felt that the light was  protecting me and nothing could ever reach me or harm me in its presence. I felt super calm  and loved. It wasn't like the love between humans which involves various emotions.  This love was unconditional and serene. I was levitating toward the light. At the same  time, I knew that I was dead. I did not have a word for the concept of death. I had this  strong perception that my life had ended and”1:12

“My consciousness knew what had happened ... before ... during ... and at that moment ... what was happening ... I was fully aware. "I'm alive ... I'm here." "But my body stayed there." "My kids are there." "Now ... my family must have been told." "I died, my God." "And now, what will it be?" And ... I started to wait ... I knew something was going to happen ... so I was waiting there ... floating ... I felt like I was floating ... free ... it's a very good feeling of freedom ... I felt a sense of peace ... intense ...”13:51

“felt like it didn't matter. Like I didn't care. I just felt free and peaceful. I could see and hear the doctor, the nurses, and my parents. One of the nurses was telling my parents they had to step out and was trying to reassure them. My parents were crying and kept yelling my name. I heard code blue and watched the doctor start CPR on me. Time didn't seem to exist. I floated up into this extremely bright light. The brightness seemed brighter than the sun, and it felt so warm. I was then standing in a field full of”3:24

“it was brilliant blue and lasted one  second. I continued to float away. I couldn't believe what was happening, yet I  felt extremely well. I had to accept my death. I floated into the blue skies, then into darkness,  which I thought was hell, where I saw bad spirits circling. I prayed that I would continue floating  away from them and not stop where they were. Luckily, I continued floating upward, and  white light began to take over everything. I floated toward the center of the light until it  surrounded me, and there I stopped floating.”3:58

“When I realized that someone was my lifeless body, I felt a rush of panic, but as fast as that panic set in, it was lifted off me. I was emotionally pulled back from the scene. I felt indescribable peace and love. I knew everything was okay. I was okay. As I continued to watch the scene, I could hear everyone in the room and in the other rooms. I could see everything going on in the hospital and even outside.”5:00

“inside that fog. .. it guided me... it was there with me. And I felt safe, I felt the sense of security, I didn't feel afraid. When you saw your body in the coffin you had those people around you, and by your side was this presence. Could you access the feeling of those people or the feeling of this presence by your side? From the people, I noticed that people were sad, but as I said, that didn't make any difference to me, because I was fine. I was so at peace, I was so light, that was the least of it.”8:42

“you feel like you’re floating, a warm feeling, it’s a warm thing, and you’re there ... but at the same time ... "What's going on?" And I was looking at myself down there ... the people around me ... and in this camp there was a group of doctors, and there were three of them next to me, and I could see people doing cardiac massage on me. Then I concluded that I was dead there. I said ... "Hey, I'm only 18, why is this happening to me?" And then I remember a person, not really a person, it was an enlightened thing,”8:02

“came. And when I say that, it felt as if light came to me. It felt as if light came and surrounded me and literally was comforting me in this horrific situation. And then suddenly I could breathe. I I and and and and I I began it felt as if I was rising above the accident scene. And I and I kept thinking, how can I be okay? Because it felt like, wow, I'm I'm okay. I'm I can breathe. The pain is gone. I'm I'm very conscious, super conscious. And I believe what was happening is my soul had left my body.”12:02

“was is quite different. It was a very dreamlike state. I felt removed from my consciousness to a certain degree. I was very much myself. I was floating in darkness. It felt as if I was in water. I was very light. It was a very pleasant dreamlike sort of experience. I was just floating along. And it took me a while to figure out this is not like I've just passed out. I think I might be dead. And and you were thinking about this. Yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely. And and when that realization hit me, with it”5:50

“And now to even say those words, I mean, it really, I have to laugh because I had concluded that I was dead. I was indeed dead. I was indeed out of my body, but this did not frighten me. I just thought, Wow, what's next? You know, there's nobody here. And I knew I sensed that I would not be in this place long. I kind of knew I was in a holding place or I was in a place of transition, is a better word. And the next thing I remember is moving. I remember just floating and moving. I was aware of a little bit of light coming from my consciousness because I experienced myself as pure consciousness, no body, just awareness and light, just light.”15:37
