the moment weve been dreading our entire lives

“I knew it was time to die, and I knew I'd held my breath for as long as I could, and I was in sheer panic, absolutely traumatized by knowing that this is it. And it was extraordinary feeling because as I took in that breath, what I expected was totally opposite. It was absolute peace. This peace sort of filtered into me. No fear, no worry, total peace. And when that happened, um, I just relaxed.”6:54

“finally, the nightmare is over, and I'm feeling off. I can just relax and I can think straight, and I don't have to be into this, this inner turmoil. Finally, it's over, and I can just relax, and it felt good. Next thing I know, I realized I was dying, and all of a sudden, I'm outside of my body and I'm. Looking down at myself, and I'm wondering, like, what was the point of my life? That was the first question. Yeah. And then became aware of a presence in the room, and I didn't see anything. I didn't see, like a person standing there, or some”4:40

“And this felt real. I mean, this didn't feel like, "Wake me up, I'm in a dream." It felt like you were in this place. The thought of, "Wake up, this has to be a dream," never even occurred to me. Never even occurred to me. Just like if you, you know, I know I've, you know, we've witnessed certain horrible things here on Earth and I know the brain kind of freaks out about it. "Did that just happen?"”50:28

“And then I woke up and I realized that no, it wasn't a dream, but all of a sudden I felt licked. I felt relieved of this burden, very similar to, like, like when I did my life review in the place between here and there. And I began to understand why.”50:40

“It was like everything was okay. Everything I worried about, everything I was afraid of, they were, I was gone because this is it, this is where we find and know who we are and where we came from.”13:47

“Yes, I did. Yeah, I felt very, very in awe of it. Yeah, and I didn't expect to wake up. I was at peace with dying. It was something that didn't scare me. I was just, my time was up. So when I woke up, it was just, oh, I didn't go. Okay, I'm okay with that, too.”14:14

“And like, it was just the whole picture, and I was like, 'It's incredible. It was here the whole time.' So it's incredible, but then that gave me peace about knowing what was coming, and I didn't have this anxiety about dying, you know, a lot of people ask if we have, are scared of dying now, and it's like, I'm not. I don't know about you guys, but I'm not.”215:07

“Something happened. It was a peace, and it like it fell down from the sky. And all of a sudden, I went from being scared, panicking that I'm dying to it was like a flick of a switch. I went from all that fear to straight calm because the peace was so strong.”7:59

“describing the feeling. It was just amazing. It was beautiful. It was safe. It was home. I'm not afraid of what comes after this [music] life anymore. I I don't question it. I became aware that somebody was doing something to my body. I could feel I I heard it was like in the distance. It was like at the end of a very, very long tunnel. I could hear somebody yelling. I remember first looking over or turning my attention to this other being that was with me. And it wasn't, like I said, there was no”7:21

“It was very much. I know other people have said this. It's like being awakened from a very intense dream. And I had been alive for 59 years at this point, and it felt very much like I had just been shaken awake.”7:28

“everything the the crazy part was if you can ever if anybody can understand this it wasn't just sadness it literally felt like have you ever had a nightmare that's so bad and you wake up and you actually still feel like you're in the nightmare You can still feel that vibe. And that's what my life felt like every day. There was this strange vibe to it. And I can't quite describe it. And it almost feels like there was a something there was a portal open or something something that is ordinarily closed. And”8:28

“I just had this overwhelming knowing that I was getting ready to die, and there was absolutely no panic, there was no fear. It was just like, 'Oh, okay. Here we go. It's time to go.'”3:22

“So, that's one of the things I remember, and I cannot convey the amount of comfort that I felt in that moment and the real, what it feels like to realize, oh wait a minute, that was just a bad dream, this is reality, and everything is okay.”13:32

“I woke up. I simply woke up ... That's when I looked up and saw the piece of the air conditioner and thought: "Hey ... I'm still alive." That's what I thought... Then I moved my hands, my feet, and I thought again: "I am alive". It's like I said ... fear ... well ... even when I was in the experience ... it's like I said ... I didn't feel fear ... on the contrary, I felt a very great peace. A huge serenity. it was something sensational. If there is life after death ... we do not know, isn't it?”18:51

“know, when you wake up from a dream and I'm like, oh, okay, I'm here now. Oh, feels good to be here now. Uh and uh yeah it was just so you just knew things like it's it's it was kind of instant and also um where I begin and ended was very blurry. I was very a part of everything like um so even I had a feeling of u me or I but still as a consciousness but still the it was um no walls like it is here more we have this uh this beautiful body that we live in here that like like separates us kind of that didn't exist there. So for me it”21:14

“So, sensing this situation is comparable to waking up in the morning when we experience moments, maybe just once a year, when we wake up in the morning and everything is good. I am neither hungry nor am I worried about anything; my body feels good; the sun is shining. Everything is like a refresh in a moment; everything is like a refreshing morning, and all of this was comprising this stillness, this calm, this peace.”4:37
