If I've already made amends for my worst mistakes, does that change how the life review feels?

“And at that point, I felt horrible that I hadn't forgiven him earlier. So this is what I know of a life review, that people experience everything they made happened to other people, and that's their, their life review. And when you think about it, how much more perfect could that be? In my opinion, it's my opinion.”41:41

“in each event after it was reviewed. Those events and things that made a positive difference, and would ripple into more  enlightenment and love, were somehow captured and were mine to have for eternity. Those deeds,  actions, and thoughts that didn't make a positive difference were just burned away, like the  separation of the wheat from the chaff. It took me several years to go back to people  I had hurt and say I was sorry. In some cases, it was not possible. There was no shame.  There was no condemnation. There was remorse,”9:30

“But what I didn't realize until I had this life review is how the other person felt when I, I did something maybe unethically to get better than him or her. In a life review, you would think you'd feel guilty. You'd feel like you were being stepped on or stabbed or disciplined. It was not like that at all.”5:46

“Um, and so I started to review, I started to review my life, and I started to see the things, and not only did I see what I did wrong, but I felt what others felt when I did them wrong, but I also felt what others felt when I lifted them up, when I made them feel good. So it was as if I was almost one with them as well. Not only did I review this life, but I started to open up to like past lives as well.”26:35

“That's why I've now taken the life review to heart. I have gone through all the situations that I have experienced since my last near-death experience. I have felt them all, thought them through, and forgiven myself and others.”17:07

“right? >> Is it like that? >> This is how I this is how I this is how I describe it. In the life review compared to this, the life review was just all washed by his blood. And even in the times that I had messed up, it only spoke of his grace. It only spoke of his love, of his mercy. It It wasn't the mistake that was speaking. It was the grace that was speaking. The reason why it's hard to understand that dichotomy difference of like you saw your life review but then you saw how you were completely forgiven is because”34:57

“like to joke that you're either going to have a life review later or you could do it now and avoid yourself, you know, some pain and suffering uh when you pass away. But I think a a life review is essentially the same thing. It's reviewing your life with love and honesty. And look, I understand that if you've made a terrible mistake, you might feel some shame. And shame can actually be a catalyst for change. But the key is not to dwell in it in that energy. that energy can become very toxic very quickly. Um there should be”65:04

“see her perspective and the ways that the things that I thought and said affected her as well as how it affected me. Uh, I got to see how things affected my kids and my husband and other significant people in my life. But the thing about the life review that I remember the most that I was it was that I wasn't being judged at all. It was more of myself looking at my life and figuring out if I could have handled something better with more love, with more compassion and understanding for the other person and also for myself.”10:36

“And then I felt very guilty. What made me more deserving than my friend? She was younger, she was full of life, she was just a giver, she was a mover, a shaker. She was fantastic. And I realized it meant, I didn't know if I was choosing, I didn't know what she was choosing anyway. All of that became really irrelevant because it was just the reason I mentioned it is also because it was the closest thing I had to a life review, something that a lot of people have with these kinds of experiences, where everything they've done wrong kind of flashes before their eyes, and you know, they kind of are working through it in order to be able to go to the light. Whereas I didn't really have that.”26:16

“And most of us, when we think of our life review, I know there's incidents, like I said, with this kid that we bullied, we're thinking, 'Okay, we're going to feel all these bad feelings.' And, you know, you do feel them, you get the understanding of the impact you have on others. And from the human level, there is remorse, and there is regret.”27:07

“Basically, it was a life review. We watched what I did wrong, what I did right. When it came to the things that I'd done wrong, I would get a slight chastisement, but it wasn't nothing condemning me.”3:19

“So in this way, it wasn't just a life review to say, 'Hey, I screwed up, I should do better.' It was like, boom, you're here. You got a specific amount of time. We don't need to sit here and make you feel bad about the past. We just need you to use pain as your moral compass, make your choices about your future. This is the actionable intelligence derived from a life review.”82:14

“But, but each time I did my Life Review and I got to the end, I felt so blissful. I, I went through such difficult things and realizations to have to happen in order to feel that bliss and to resolve these unresolved issues to get the best understanding out of everything that's happened to me in my life.”16:14

“There's things that I learned in my life review that came next that were very disturbing, at least for me. You go through your life's review, basically, and it's like this: it's not a judgment. You're your own critic. You re-experience things that you've done to other people.”5:36

“Sin just can weigh a person down, regret and guilt and failure and disappointment that you've caused in other people. And so you had a, you had a version of a life review when you remembered what had happened on Earth. And, and yeah, I never was lifted completely. Never put that together until you mentioned that yesterday.”51:25

“Couple other quick questions. Tell me about the life review. I think it's interesting the way you explained it. It's very, very common that you were put in the shoes of the person that you may have offended in some way and you felt what they were feeling. What other emotions did that carry with it? Was, was there guilt? Was there? Tell me more about it.”43:28
