Round Trip Death #214 - Aaron's Near Death Experience

The Story
Aaron McPherson was a 43-year-old Tulsa police officer. On August 3, 2016, he had a motorcycle accident on Highway 169 when a truck ran a stop sign and hit him at highway speed. He suffered severe injuries including a traumatic brain injury, broken bones, and collapsed lung, leading to a two-week coma and multiple surgeries. During his NDE, Aaron lay in his hospital bed and saw a goblin-like figure threatening to castrate him. A bright light appeared to his left with a sweet woman's voice saying everything would be all right and inviting him in. Two giggling male figures stood by a meat processing truck outside the window. He then experienced hellish scenes: a raging bull in a warehouse, a nurse stabbing his head with PCP amid shotgun shots, a dark forest where an entity crashed cars into a tree, being dragged under a school bus tire toward a muddy pit, and being frozen with deer on a hillside. In a die cast mold, voices said he had free will and sent him back as it closed on him. He returned to the hospital bed, saw a perfect gold figure by the light, entered the light kneeling, and viewed his body from outside. After the NDE, Aaron became more spiritual. He studies the Bible, trusts in God fully, and shares that death brings peace and no fear. He serves others despite daily pain and believes everyone has salvation.
“God the same God then is the same God that's here with us now in every moment”
The account describes a severe medical crisis with a two-week coma and extreme injuries, including OBE perception from an impossible vantage point overlooking the body. Some moderately specific details like a 'meat processing' truck with Mississippi plates are reported from the hospital room, but no verification attempts, confirmed perceptions, or timely pre-verification reporting limit evidential strength.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
Are you here because someone you love has died?
