She left her body and realized she was not her body. She felt drawn to an amazing light filled with peace and bliss. She saw forms ahead. Her husband tugged her arm, and she wanted him to join her. Telepathically, she heard that she must come alone. She tried to pull him but decided not to leave him. The momentum stopped, and she returned to her body. After the NDE, Wendy faced recovery from her disfigured body. She gained spiritual insights and realized she created her suffering by rejecting her femininity. She developed a four-step method to process emotions: own it, stop thinking, start feeling, and breathe and observe. She shifted to believe in unconditional love and forgiveness. She wrote books, teaches others to clear blocks to love, and promotes waking up spiritually.
