I thought NDES CAME FROM DYING BRAIN, UNTIL I had one.

The Story
Brian Highland, a psychotherapist, suffered cardiac arrest in the ICU due to a destroyed heart and died for over 10 minutes. During his NDE, he left his body and entered a dark tunnel leading to a void. He then arrived in a heavenly place where he saw Jesus and millions of loving beings. He experienced 360-degree vision, reviewed his life and sins, and felt overwhelming love from Jesus. Jesus instructed him to live life as a prayer, suffer joyfully by accepting God's will, and share His love. Brian chose to return despite the pain of leaving. After the NDE, he revived spontaneously and glowed with peace and love that nurses noticed. He endured two more years of suffering with his heart, received a transplant, and now shares his story through a book and interviews to spread God's love and live by letting God work through him.
“heaven that I felt pain I I felt like like my legs were stuck in concrete that”
The NDE occurred during over 10 minutes of clinical death from heart failure in ICU, with clear OBE perceptions from an impossible vantage point including specific identification of the Lucas CPR machine. However, no attempts to verify these specific perceptual details with medical staff, no confirmed veridical elements beyond the death itself, and reporting occurred after revival limit the evidential strength.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
