The Story
The experiencer was a correctional officer who had a near-death experience (NDE) after a car accident. While driving home, he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a concrete wall at high speed. During the crash, time slowed down for him, and he felt a sense of peace and no fear. After the accident, he found himself upside down in the car, feeling no pain or sound. He saw a woman dressed in old-fashioned clothing outside the car, but she did not help him. When he closed his eyes and opened them again, he was back in the chaotic scene of the accident. Miraculously, he suffered no injuries despite the severity of the crash. After the NDE, he developed a new understanding of life and a mission to help others without seeking rewards.
