The Story
Mike Olsen was diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in 2014, which was terminal and gave him two years to live. During his surgery for a lung transplant, he experienced a near-death experience. He left his body, saw swirling rainbow lights, and heard angels singing his name. He felt a sense of peace and was enveloped in bright white light, which made him feel healed and complete. After the experience, he returned to life and continued to advocate for lung disease awareness. He gained a new sense of purpose and connection to God, feeling free from his past struggles and fears.
