The Story
Cody Leatherberry overdosed on methamphetamine and high-proof alcohol, leading to his near-death experience. He sensed a death angel in his room and knew he was dying. He flew down a tunnel at high speed, seeing chained people on the sides whose thoughts and feelings he instantly knew. The death angel took him to a castle with wooden doors that opened to bright light. Inside, he saw a hallway of open jail cells holding men who wanted to be worshiped like gods. He entered one man's mind, witnessing him question reality on a lawn before running to a house. He flew through a wall into an upstairs room with two arguing demons. A demon asked him to help lure the man, but he refused. The demons summoned a black square that transformed into a golden angel. The angel ordered the demons away, played beautiful music, and led the man to preach to an angry crowd holding hieroglyph messages. The crowd revealed the man's family, brought by demons. The death angel tried to assign Cody a spot in hell, but he resisted and cried out to Jesus. A bright light pulled him back to life. After returning, Cody felt traumatized but gained a deep faith in Jesus' sacrifice. He now shares the gospel, emphasizing salvation through Christ and hope for all sinners.
