The Story
The experiencer was a musician who performed with Stone Gossard. She joined a challenging camp to eliminate negative thoughts. On the last day, during an endurance event in the sun, she suffered heat stroke and hyponatremia from excessive water intake and sweating. Her limbs shut down one by one, leaving her as a torso and head while she screamed and cried. During this, movies of her adult life experiences played before her. Each scene freeze-framed, and a calm neutral male voice asked what she was thinking in that moment. She answered each time, and the review lasted hours, focusing on her thoughts and emotions. She felt life energy leaving the top of her head. The voice asked if she wanted to stay or go. She sensed immense joy, love, and non-judgment from the other side but chose to return after asking questions. Energy flowed back, reviving her limbs. For a month after, she felt bliss, hearing music in her body and being fully present in daily life.
