The Story
Jean Carlo was a 52-year-old man who underwent heart surgery in 2019 to fix a serious arrhythmia. After the surgery, he felt intense pain and asked God to take him. He then experienced an NDE where he saw himself in a yellow misty room, aware that he was being treated by two people. A child appeared and played with him, distracting him from his pain. Later, he woke up in the ICU, confused but calmer. After the NDE, Jean felt a strong urge to explore holistic therapies and eventually became a holistic therapist. He also developed new interests and a sense of purpose in life, feeling that his experience changed him significantly.
