The Story
Lynn Rivers experienced two near-death events. The first occurred at age 27 or 28 from a virus that shut down her organs, causing gallstones and pancreatic blockage. The second happened after her appendix ruptured, leading to peritonitis in the hospital. During the first NDE, she felt peace as her dogs comforted her, left her body, and met two Native American guides who instructed her on healing steps like coffee enemas and told her to return. In the second NDE, she felt release while awaiting surgery, encountered androgynous beings and a woman, saw a vibrant Earth, and was directed to go back and fulfill her purpose. After these events, Lynn gained clarity to live fully, stopped escaping life, pursued functional medicine to help others with root causes of illness, and created documentaries on health and death.
“mother and my father would say I love you it was coming out of a place of fear”
This NDE lacks any veridical perception claims of physical events or details impossible to know normally; experiences are purely spiritual/internal involving guides and advice during medical crises. While medical severity is notable, absence of OBE perceptions, specific verifiable details, or timely verification limits evidential strength.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
