The Story
Leniah Fulton was a six- or seven-year-old girl swimming in a pond in the Appalachia mountains when she drowned after attempting a jump from the dock. She panicked while submerged, felt her mother's worry, and shifted between in-body and out-of-body states. She entered a state of Oneness where time slowed, everything illuminated, and she found beauty in dying. A voice asked what she wanted to do, and she chose to return for her mother, fearing it would destroy her. A woman in a vintage bathing suit pulled her from the water, but no one saw this woman or the rescue. After the NDE, Leniah experienced ongoing unity consciousness events, leading her to become a transcendental mindset coach and unity consciousness guide. She now hosts the podcast 'Integrating Consciousness' to support personal evolution.

This NDE includes impossible underwater OBE perceptions of the mother's distress and a highly specific, unidentifiable rescuer description confirmed absent by immediate maternal search in a confined venue. Evidential strength is moderated by absence of clinical death markers, lack of positively verified medical details, and no documented pre-verification reporting to witnesses.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
Are you here because someone you love has died?
These accounts were gathered because death may not be the end. Thousands of people have experienced something beyond — and come back to tell us about it.
