Round Trip Death #203 - David's Near Death Experience

The Story
David Oakford was a 19-year-old in 1979 who overdosed on crack cocaine after snorting it, thinking it was regular cocaine. During his NDE, he left his body and heard fading music from it. He tried to interact with his surroundings but could not touch objects. He prayed for help, and a spirit being named Bob appeared, proving knowledge of David's childhood thoughts. They traveled to Egypt's pyramids, where David saw past and present uses for energy transference and his past life self. They flew over the US, viewing planetary energies, the Grand Canyon, cities, and stuck spirits. David learned about Gaia, viewed Earth from space, passed planets with souls, and understood reincarnation. He approached a spiral galaxy, discussed God as all energy, and saw Jesus in white light who said to tell people to love one another. In a soul city, he had a life review with a council, chose to return after learning his future. After returning, David stopped bad habits, married, had four children including an autistic son, lost fear of death, and shares his story to promote love.
“do everything that you know that I knew what's due to be able to move eventually”
The NDE includes one potentially veridical claim of observing the location of the experiencer's body inside the house during unconsciousness after passing out on the lawn, confirmed by friends who stated he was in a chair all night. However, this lacks specific details, medical crisis indicators, and independent corroboration, with the account dominated by unverifiable spiritual travels and predictions.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
Are you here because someone you love has died?
These accounts were gathered because death may not be the end. Thousands of people have experienced something beyond — and come back to tell us about it.
