The Story
Paul Morand, a hypnotherapist, had a near-death experience when lightning struck him while he stood in the street during a sunny day at his son's swim meet. The lightning traveled through a tree and drainage pipe, electrocuting him and causing him to convulse and land on his head. During the NDE, he left his body and remained conscious above it. He entered a realm of complete unconditional love without seeing a tunnel or beings. He received messages to listen to his heart, soul, and spirit instead of relying too much on his mind. He experienced a brief life review, feeling gratitude from those he had helped. He merged into a universal sea of consciousness, feeling oneness with all things and no separation. He then returned to his body. After the NDE, Paul lost his fear of death. He shifted his hypnotherapy practice to focus more on heart and soul guidance. He trained in life between lives regression and wrote the book Essential Healing to help people with self-healing practices. He became more loving and capable of sharing that energy.
