NDE, Looking into the Abyss: Veteran Shilo Harris

The Story
The person was a military veteran in an incubated coma state. The NDE happened during an airplane ride from Germany to San Antonio when he stopped breathing and potentially died. Medical staff revived him and kept him breathing until he reached the emergency room at San Antonio Military Medical Center. During this time, he experienced a man appearing to him. The man was big and not angry. He spoke to the veteran and assured him that everything would be okay. The veteran believed the man and felt reassured. After the NDE, the veteran noticed after-effects from the experience. He now shares his story to educate others, especially veterans struggling with trauma and high suicide rates. He believes understanding NDEs helps people cope and fight their challenges by learning more about them.
