The Story
Brittany Workman, a 33-year-old woman, caused her near-death experience by attempting suicide. She drank two vials of anesthetic liquid, which stopped her breathing, and she fell in her bedroom. During the experience, she closed her eyes and opened them in a cleaner version of her bedroom with vibrant colors. She saw a field and felt overwhelming joy, warmth, love, and connectivity. A voice said, 'This is level one.' She blinked and entered level two, a golden house where she saw deceased family members, her living mother, and her dog Bear at a table. The voice explained her family was on level two and she was needed on level three without them. She agreed and said goodbye. On level three, she met a light-being with a female voice that said she was needed among spiritually advanced people but must first finish what she started. She fell back into her body and woke up. After the NDE, Brittany had no more suicidal thoughts, and her inner critical voice stopped. Two weeks later, her mother died unexpectedly, and two months after, her dog Bear passed, confirming the vision. She now feels more spiritually connected, notices intuitions, shares her story to comfort others about death and pets, and promotes life's purpose through kindness.

The account features a single notable claim of perceiving living mother and dog in an afterlife realm before their unexpected deaths shortly after, reported promptly to husband prior to the events; however, it lacks any veridical perceptions of physical-world details, medical procedures, or impossible sensory access, limiting overall evidential strength.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
