The Story
Mickey Robinson was a 19-year-old skydiver. On August 15, 1968, his plane suffered engine failure during a jump. It stalled, crashed into a tree, and exploded. He sustained 50% body burns, a head injury, blindness in one eye, and other severe damage. Doctors gave him no chance of survival, and he entered a coma. In the coma, his spirit left his body and entered a spiritual world more real than Earth. He became aware of eternity. He saw a bright white light and felt drawn to it. Blackness closed in, threatening eternal emptiness. He prayed for another chance. He stood in God's presence and felt pure love. He entered the River of Life, a golden light full of joy with no negativity. He saw a seven-year vision of his future, including his wife. God told him to return to Earth. He re-entered his body, awake and at peace despite pain. After the NDE, Mickey experienced miraculous healings, including restored sight and leg function. He became a new person in Christ with a sense of purpose. He married Barbara, raised four children, and traveled the world to help others find faith and healing through his testimony.
