Linda Jacquin: A Child's NDEs

The Story
Linda Jacquin was a 4.5-year-old girl who drowned in a creek at a church picnic. The current swept her away after she dropped her bucket while collecting pebbles. She left her body and saw her blonde hair floating in the water. Guardian angels, one older and one younger, held her. She observed sparkles rising from people, which were their prayers of love. Her deceased grandmother, who died when Linda was 2.5, took her and handed her to Jesus. Jesus told her she would learn many things if she returned. Linda did not want to go back due to the pain of drowning, but she saw her brother Bobby's distress and guilt. She chose to return for him. She re-entered her body, which burned from the water, and was revived. After the NDE, Linda felt lasting love from the experience. Memories returned in adulthood after her brother's death. She lost fear of dying, joined NDE organizations, founded retreats for experiencers, and now promotes kindness and compassion in daily life.
“the love i felt even though i was so we had stained glass windows and i'd sit”
The primary veridical claim involves an OBE during drowning where Linda saw her hair floating and perceived an angelic rescue, later partially verified by her mother's account of an unknown man who saved her and vanished. However, this is limited by a possible sensory vantage, lack of highly specific/unpredictable details, suppressed memory until adulthood, and predominance of subjective spiritual visions over corroborated perceptions.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
