The Story
Andy Petro was a 17-year-old high school student in 1955. He drowned while swimming to a platform during a class picnic at a lake near Detroit, Michigan. As he sank to the bottom, a voice told him to relax and let go. He shot out of his body into a tunnel, feeling warm and filled with unconditional love. He saw his body below, then entered a sphere for a life review, reliving events and knowing others' thoughts and feelings. He moved to a bright light that formed a silhouette and said, 'Andy, I love you. Don't be afraid. We love you.' Billions of lights welcomed him home. He merged with the light, knowing everything in oneness without judgment. The light sent him back. After returning, Andy lied about the event for 30 years until reading a book on NDEs. He rejected religious teachings of judgment, saw life as an illusion for experiences. He became sensitive to others' feelings, chose love over hate, downsized possessions, wrote books, and meditates to connect with the light. He fears not death but dying painfully and shares his story to help others.
