The Story
Jacob Cooper was a five-year-old boy who experienced an NDE from whooping cough that caused him to suffocate and lose his breath. His body shut down part by part, and his brain lost oxygen. He entered a tunnel at high speed, like a roller coaster. He saw his two spiritual guides next to him on a slide. Then, hundreds of thousands of angels appeared before him. Next, he met his soul family, a group of similar energies from past incarnations. He viewed a past lifetime in Atlantis, learning about the dangers of technology without spiritual understanding. Surrounded by spirit guides and Archangels, he was asked if he wanted to stay or return. He chose to return to share the message of living a spiritually rich life and believing in continuation beyond the physical. After the NDE, Jacob devoted his life to helping others. He became a licensed social worker, hypnotherapist, and Reiki Master. He runs mindfulness groups at colleges and gives public presentations about NDEs across the United States.
“try to out God God with our own that's when we get to human and that”
The transcript features NDE accounts with severe medical crises and some out-of-body self-perceptions (e.g., seeing one's body during rescue), but lacks specific, unpredictable details, any verification attempts or successes, and timely reporting before verification, severely limiting evidential value.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
Are you here because someone you love has died?
These accounts were gathered because death may not be the end. Thousands of people have experienced something beyond — and come back to tell us about it.
