The Story
Miguel was a technical non-commissioned officer in the Colombian Air Force, specializing in armaments with 20 years of experience. On December 31, 1997, he accidentally detonated explosives while mixing chemicals for base alarms, causing a knife to stab his stomach. He was rushed to the hospital and entered a 17-day coma. During the NDE, Miguel left his body and saw himself on a gurney. He entered a black tunnel leading to a bright light. He observed scenes in a pilot's room but could not interact physically. In heaven, he met the angel Gabriel, who said Miguel was chosen for God's army armed with love from prayers. Gabriel showed visions of church leaders neglecting the needy, youth ignoring evangelism, end-time events including a comet sign, advanced future technology, rising evil like persecutions and orgies, global catastrophes, and the final destruction where believers in white robes resurrect and enter a promised land, while others are swallowed by the earth. Jesus commanded Miguel to return despite his reluctance after seeing his praying wife and muddy children. After waking on January 17, 1998, with a 1.5% survival chance, Miguel faced difficult recovery as organs were damaged. He prayed for healing or return to heaven. He now urges total submission to God, loving all people including enemies, spreading the Gospel fearlessly, and prioritizing spiritual mission over worldly distractions.
