He Died As A Boy; Given Knowledge And Secrets Of The Universe (NDE)

The Story
Randall Smith was a six-year-old boy who had a near-death experience on February 28, 1968, due to carbon monoxide poisoning. He played behind a running car in a garage and got dizzy, hit his head on the bumper, and was clinically dead for 19 to 20 minutes. During the NDE, Randall left his body and went to a light where shimmering beings welcomed him. They walked a path through cities and rooms, viewing shimmering books of lives. They entered an octagon-shaped room with a well filled with colorful, energized confetti-like energy. Randall put his hands in the well and felt a tingling sensation. The beings told him he could go any direction, and four tunnels appeared. When he looked back, he woke up. After the NDE, Randall became highly empathic and developed abilities to see, hear, and sense spirits. He trained as a shamanic practitioner, Reiki master, and psychopomp to help spirits cross over. He attributes his healing gifts to the well and shifted from music to full-time spiritual healing work.
“felt I felt an expansion of love over what it felt like love is it's it's”
This NDE account features a severe medical crisis with clinical death from CO poisoning, but contains no veridical perception claims of physical events, people, or details during the unconscious period. The experience is entirely subjective and otherworldly, with no described observations of the resuscitation or surroundings that could not be accessed normally. Later mediumship anecdotes are not part of the NDE and lack independent verification of specific details.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
Are you here because someone you love has died?
These accounts were gathered because death may not be the end. Thousands of people have experienced something beyond — and come back to tell us about it.
