An NDEr's Shared Death with her Dog

The Story
Cheryl Lee Black was a Master Corporal in an artillery regiment, musician, and landscape painter. In January 1993, she drove home from a provincial park with her dog Cassie when black ice caused her car to lose control and collide with a tractor-trailer. The crash crushed her vehicle to the dashboard and killed Cassie instantly. She found herself in a long apartment with bookshelves alongside her deceased grandmother. They stepped onto a balcony where Cassie played in a meadow below. Cheryl tried to join her dog but her grandmother held her back. Light raindrops touched her skin with warmth and happiness. Everything showed consciousness and joy, mixing all four seasons at once with brown and white rabbits. Inside, they drank tea and ate cookies while talking about past family secrets and future events. Grandmother revealed her past unkindness to Cheryl's mother, which Cheryl later confirmed. She viewed her swollen, injured body in the hospital and resisted returning, but her grandmother pushed her back. Cheryl survived severe injuries like head trauma, fractures, and skin loss requiring surgery. Her grandmother's paint brushes remained pristine in the wreckage as a confirming sign. She developed tastes for new cookie types and gained insights into family dynamics and her life's path.

The NDE features a severe medical crisis requiring CPR and expectations of death, with specific unknown family history details verified by the experiencer's mother post-NDE. However, veridical claims lack impossible sensory access to physical events, relying instead on spiritual communication and a remarkable physical survival of paintbrushes, limiting the evidential strength.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
