The Story
Erica McKenzie, a registered nurse, had a near-death experience 11 years ago. She collapsed after taking the diet pill Phentermine for nine years, which damaged her heart and lungs and caused her to stop breathing. During the NDE, she left her body and floated to the ceiling, watching paramedics work on her. She entered a tunnel of light and met God. They viewed two life reviews: one on events significant to mankind, and another on those important to God. God taught her about the rippling effect of actions, her gifts of patience and beauty, and a vision of a new Earth where souls escaped flames unharmed due to free will and connection through love. She visited the edge of hell before angels guided her back into her body. After the NDE, Erica faced dismissal from her doctor who diagnosed hallucinations and placed her in a psychiatric ward against her will. She recovered, became an inspirational speaker, author, researcher, and advocate for NDE awareness to help others.
