The Story
Janna was a 24-year-old woman in 1985 who was 24 weeks pregnant with a complicated pregnancy. She went to the hospital to stop premature labor, but during the night, she suffered severe pain and a massive hemorrhage when her baby girl was born prematurely with malformations. The umbilical cord ruptured, causing her to lose consciousness. During the NDE, Janna floated above her body and watched doctors work on her. She saw a small cloud leave the baby's body and followed it as it turned into a two-year-old girl. They passed through blue and red walls into a peaceful area with golden grass and a sandy path. The girl danced ahead in wonderful light. At a fence, Janna's deceased grandmother took the girl into the light, but Janna could not follow. She felt complete knowledge and calm. After the NDE, Janna woke up the next day, learned she lost the baby, and suppressed her feelings for years while raising two more children and living normally. In 2011, an accident led her to re-experience the trauma in a clinic. She accepted the loss and NDE, divorced her husband, moved away, rediscovered painting, and pursued spiritual activities like meditation.
