The Story
The experiencer had a near-death experience (NDE) triggered by a health crisis. They felt very cold and unwell before being taken to the hospital. During the NDE, they experienced astral projection, saw their physical body, and heard an inner voice urging them to eat a biscuit. They then had a vision of being pulled away from Earth, where a voice told them they were 'beyond this' and needed to return.
