The Story
Zachary G. experienced a near-death experience after taking a high dose of amphetamines and other drugs alone at home. He felt very sedated and noticed his breathing slowing down. As he closed his eyes, he saw vivid images, including a woman spinning and beautiful flowers. He then found himself in a serene meadow with a sunset, where he sensed the presence of loved ones. He felt a strong urge to go to them but realized he would cause pain to his family if he died. He chose to return to life, feeling heavy and drowsy.
