Michael Ruski, a man with a background in Roman Catholicism and metaphysical Christianity, experienced a near-death event due to a heart attack while exercising on a naval ship. He collapsed in his room after running ladder wells and feeling severe pain. During the NDE, he left his body and felt part of the universe with 360-degree vision and complete peace. He encountered two balancing energies, like yin and yang or mother and father, as beings of light. A pinpoint light approached, and they telepathically recognized him fondly.
