The Story
The experiencer was a chief engineer on a research vessel. He had a near-death experience (NDE) after drowning in rough seas. During the NDE, he left his body and entered a void of darkness. He felt calm and peaceful. He then saw a light and moved toward it, feeling waves of love. He encountered light beings who welcomed him and guided him through a life review. He experienced his life from multiple perspectives and learned that loving intentions created the most positive ripples. The light beings told him it was not his time and that he had a purpose. He accepted this and returned to his body, where he was rescued by his crew. After the NDE, he felt a new sense of purpose and connection to his higher nature.
