The Story
Dr. Yvonne Cason, a medical doctor and psychotherapist, had her fifth near-death experience on November 8, 2003. She slipped on black ice at Niagara Falls, hit her head on rock, and suffered a traumatic brain injury that caused instant death. During the experience, a force whisked her out of her body through a dark expanse toward an entryway. Saints Paramahansa Yogananda and Mahavatar Babaji welcomed her into a realm of light filled with joy and unconditional love. She learned there was no judgment in the life review, as mistakes are part of learning. She remembered all her past lives and understood her soul's ongoing journey. Time felt non-linear there. The saints told her to return to her injured body to serve the Divine, and she agreed. After returning, she faced seven years of disability from the brain injury and shifted to serving through prayer and meditation. In 2016, a miracle healing during meditation restored her abilities, allowing her to write books and share her story.
