The Story
Ainsley Thredgold was a 13-year-old boy hit by a car at 40 miles per hour. This caused severe injuries, including a smashed left leg from the knee down and head injuries. He had no memory of the event for years. At age 34, hypnosis helped him recover the memories. During the NDE, he left his body in the ambulance and met his deceased grandfather, who comforted him and asked him to tell his mother he was proud of her. He then floated on a river of clouds to a cloud city. There, a figure called the carpenter placed hands on his chest and face, called him special, and asked him to speak for him if he returned. Later meditation showed a ball of life energy and a female figure asking him to find her. After the NDE, Ainsley gained self-acceptance and learned to like himself. He joined NDE groups, helped others share experiences, and met his wife Christa through synchronicities. He changed careers to support her medical work and moved to Maui. He now lives with purpose to serve and connect people.
