The DOORWAY Between The Worlds STAYED OPEN After NDE - Near Death Experience (NDE)
What Researchers Found
The Story
Scarlet Kootbook was a 4-year-old girl who nearly drowned in a neighborhood pool in 1964. She bobbed backward in the shallow end, swallowed water, and blacked out. During the NDE, she floated out of her body and saw herself at the bottom of the pool wearing her pink rubber cap. She felt surrounded by incredible love, peace, and tranquility. She sensed her mother's fear and panic upon seeing her. Scarlet knew she had a choice to stay or return, but she chose to come back to spare her mother grief. Her mother, a nurse, pulled her out, revived her, and she vomited water on the poolside. After the NDE, Scarlet gained psychic abilities like strong intuitions, mind's-eye visions, and seeing spirits, which scared her as a child. She developed deep compassion and love for others. Years later, she recognized it as an NDE and now uses her gifts to facilitate healing, normalize experiences, and spread messages of love.

This childhood drowning NDE includes an OBE with viewing her submerged body, corroborated by mother's later confirmation of cyanosis and apnea during rescue, but lacks highly specific, unpredictable details, independent verification of the vantage point, or prompt pre-verification reporting.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
