Spider beat man to death and had a Terrifying Near-Death Encounter

The Story
Ryan experienced a near-death event during surgery for a medical emergency, possibly from a spider bite. He passed out after receiving medication. During the NDE, he left his body and entered a spiritual realm with an ocean of souls flowing purposefully in all directions. He observed the souls closely, saw a woman who smiled and nodded at him, and sensed different levels of existence filled with peace and the knowledge that everything is okay. He then visited the hospital waiting room out of body, listened to his family's conversations, and chimed in, later verifying details he could not have known. He met his deceased grandmother, who asked him to tell his aunt to stop crying at night and be happy. Though he wanted to stay, he chose to return and sat up suddenly in recovery. After the NDE, Ryan gained deep peace and confirmation of the afterlife. He copes better with loss, knowing loved ones still exist, and feels more hopeful and happier overall.
“the understanding that I need to go back I need to come back here so I went ahead and came back even though it felt like I had some kind of a choice which was strange if I really wanted to stay like”
The NDE features strong veridical perceptions of a specific private conversation in the waiting room between the ex and aunt while the experiencer was in surgery, verified immediately by the ex's shocked reaction confirming impossibility of normal knowledge. Additional verification from aunt about her unknown nighttime crying habit relayed via deceased grandma adds weight. Limited by lack of clinical death (no flatline) and perceptions confined to hospital premises.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
