The Story
Chief Warrant Officer Tony was a Navy flight engineer. In 1982, during an emergency landing in Hawaii for RIMPAC exercises, his plane veered off the runway at high speed after an engine shutdown and heavy fuel load. The plane nearly hit a fire truck and stopped on an embankment. During the incident, Tony left his body and observed events from outside and inside the plane. He felt terror inside but calm outside. His consciousness spread to debris in the air. Two days later, while sleeping, he shifted instantly to a liquid molten golden white light. He felt infinite power, unconditional love, joy, bliss, and peace. He had an urge to merge with the light and sat up in bed reaching for it. The light filled his room like stars. After the experiences, Tony faced invalidation from church, wife, and military. He suppressed it, leading to emotional problems and divorce. Later, he sought answers, joined IANDS, and now helps veterans with NDEs. He gained a deep sense of God's love and unity with all.

The account features highly specific, unpredictable details of events outside the aircraft from an impossible out-of-body vantage point during a high-stress emergency landing, but lacks any verification attempts, confirmed perceptions, or documented early reporting, severely limiting evidential value.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
