The Story
Dr. Lawrence Brock, a man in his early 20s, had a near-death experience in 1976 in Port Chester, New York. He crashed his car into a tree while driving home from a party where he had been drinking and using drugs. During the experience, he floated out of his body above the smashed car. He saw his injured body leaning against the tree with his head cracked open and a police officer nearby. He entered a white light filled with love and peace. A white silhouette being behind him told him to go back because his Father, whom he knew was God, wanted him to stay. He returned to his body and woke up three days later in the hospital. After the NDE, his hands became warm when touching people, and his intuition increased. He left his unfulfilling job, studied with a Sufi Sheikh, and pursued spiritual growth. He now practices meditation, yoga, and Tai Chi, helps others heal emotionally and physically, does volunteer work, and focuses on his relationship with God and family.
