The Story
Mary Rose Fauzon was an 18-year-old woman in 1980. She was five and a half months pregnant when she had an out-of-body experience the night before a medical emergency. The emergency happened because her umbilical cord separated from the placenta, causing her to miscarry. During the experience, Mary floated to the ceiling and looked down at her sleeping body and husband. She saw a cloud-like mist leave her body and rise up. The mist turned into the face of her recently deceased grandfather, who looked at her without expression. Then both the mist and the face disappeared through the ceiling. After the experience, Mary woke up in pain and went to the hospital by ambulance. She delivered her stillborn baby boy. She remembered little grief at first but later saw the event as her grandfather taking the baby's soul to heaven. This gave her comfort. She named the baby Jonathan and now has three living children. Years later, she learned about near-death experiences and shares her story to help others believe in life after death.
“light god jesus but i felt i was in a i felt not told or anything i just felt”
This account features a self-reported OBE from a ceiling vantage point during sleep, observing familiar bedroom details and a cloud-like form with her recently deceased grandfather's face interpreted as escorting her miscarried baby's soul. However, perceptions lack verifiable specificity, no independent confirmations exist, and reports occurred post-event without prior documentation or rigorous checks. Primary limitations are absence of medical crisis during the experience, vague details, and lack of verified elements.
Score reflects verifiable perceptions reported. A low score indicates the experience was primarily spiritual or subjective, not that it didn't occur.
Score reflects transformation as described. Domains scored 0 indicate the topic was not discussed, not that no change occurred.
