The Story
The person had a near-death experience (NDE) after taking pills to sleep. They felt a sense of peace and love while going through a tunnel of light. During the experience, they had a conversation with God and did not want to return to their physical body. After waking up in the hospital, they struggled with sobriety for several years. The death of their father three years later led them to a crisis, but a chance encounter with a van driver helped them seek help. This NDE and subsequent events transformed their life. They began to focus on helping others and developed spiritual gifts. They now believe in a loving God and aim to live a purposeful life.
